San Antonio NOMAR & the San Antonio Area Council of Hispanic Employment Program Managers Hosts Networking Reception: The local chapter of national NOMAR hosted the first of what is hoped will be many, networking receptions with the SA Council for Hispanic Employment Program Managers, leaders of local Hispanic organizations, members of the local chapter and Tejas NOMAR board members along with some special guests.

NOMAR Chairman Participates in Launching of Small Business Conference and Exposition in Albuquerque: NOMAR Chairman, Dan Solís represented NOMAR at the first Small Business Conference and Trade Exposition presented by the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce, NOMAR, and Kirtland Air Force Base on June 23, 2004 at the Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute Workforce Training Center.

San Antonio NOMAR Hosts Reception for Hispanic Leaders: The local chapter of national NOMAR recently held a networking reception for Hispanic employment program managers, the leaders of the major Hispanic organizations in the city, members of the local chapter and national NOMAR board members and some special guests.

Chairman Returns to Nuevo Mexico: During November 16-18, 2003, the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Dan J. Solís, visited Albuquerque, NM. This was a follow-on to his August trip. Mr. Solis came back to continue discussions with officials from Kirtland AFB and from the Veterans' Affairs Medical Center. He also visited with officials from other Federal agencies and with other Hispanic leaders.
